Pilot mode: enrolling
Spreadsheet onboardingParents + teachers + studentsWeb + iOS + Android

One app for the whole school day.

Attendance, homework, fees, timetables and results, seen by the people who need them: parents, teachers, students and the office. Nothing to install on a server, nothing to reconcile by hand.

Onboarding pathwayLive
1We create your school: campus, academic year, grades and sections. Your office gets its owner login.
2You import staff and students from our spreadsheet template. Every row is checked before anything is saved.
3Families and teachers sign in on their phones. The school day shows up.

Who it's for

One login per person.
Four views of the same day.

What someone sees depends on who they are, not on which app they downloaded. The office decides which modules are on; the platform decides who may see what.

How onboarding works

Live in an afternoon, not a term.

The same checklist the school office sees on its first sign-in. Nothing is entered twice, and nothing is saved until it has been checked.

How long would your school take?

Spreadsheet import40 min
Typed by hand30 hours

Assumes one minute per twenty rows checked and imported plus ten minutes for staff, against three minutes per student entered on a form.

Modules

What's inside, already connected.

Each module writes to the same records, so attendance marked by a teacher, a fee recorded by accounts and a mark entered after an exam all reach the family through the same app.

The guarantees a school actually needs are enforced by the system and verified after every release, not configured by hand.

0Servers to runHosted, backed up with point-in-time history, restore drill before go-live.
40minTo import 600 studentsWith guardians and class placement, from one spreadsheet.
100%Isolated per schoolThe database itself refuses cross-school reads and writes, whatever the app asks.
FAQ

Questions schools ask.

What does the pilot cost?

Pilot pricing is agreed per school and written into the pilot letter before anything is set up. No card, no auto-renewal.

We already keep records in Excel or another system. Do we start over?

No. Export what you have to a spreadsheet, match our template columns, and import. Rows that need attention are listed before anything is saved.

Many of our parents don't use email.

Today sign-in is by email and password issued by the office. Phone number and OTP sign-in is planned; we will tell you the date rather than promise one.

Who owns the data?

The school. It can be exported on request at any time, and it is never shared between schools or used for anything else.

Does it work on Android and iPhone?

The same app is built for both. The web application works in any modern browser for the office and teachers.

What is not ready yet?

Online fee payment and phone OTP sign-in are on the roadmap, not the brochure. Ask us and we will give you the date.

Run a pilot with us.

A few schools, one region, real families. We set up the school, you import the spreadsheets, and we sit with your office for the first week.

  • A reply within two working days
  • A set-up call with your office, not a sales deck
